Watch The King's Speech Objective: Students will view a film that is a perfect example of speech preparation and includes helpful tips the students can use as they continue to strengthen their own ability in this area. A few of the lessons addressed are overcoming fear, finding your own voice, and the importance and purpose of practicing. |

The 5 main speech lessons from the film will be reviewed and applied to the students' own speaking experience. Students will also answer questions about the movie allowing them to identify and analyze important concepts. |
